Sen Law’s intellectual property practice dovetails into our representation of businesses and technology startups, whose most valuable assets are often intangible. The Office advises on an array of intellectual property issues, including the acquisitions and divestitures of intellectual property assets. We will evaluate a target company’s copyright and trademark portfolios to ensure that the intellectual property assets are valid, accurate and transferable.

Sen law also has an active trade secret practice in which we design corporate policies to protect against the theft of trade secrets. We draft employee exit procedures and employment and consulting agreements to ensure confidentiality.
